Actually Peter was asked to let down his NETS but maybe out of trepidation and anxiety he let down only one NET.
Had he let down the NETS as instructed, maybe he would have fainted at the result, after seeing a massive sea of tilapias looding these nets and causing a great rumble on the high sea. How I wish Peter let down the netS and not A net and enjoy the show!
Indeed, you never know what you can achieve until you start believing God and applying His Word. And of course stepping out of the boat of your comfort zone. This same Peter never knew he can be the only mortal on earth and on record that will ever walk on see until he again stepped out of the boat at the Word of The Lord to "come"
Same way you never know what you can become in life until you take God at His Word and receive His Son Jesus Christ into your life as Saviour, Lord and Master.For to as many as believe and receive Him, "...to them gave He POWER to become..."
Power to become just anything that line up with His word that you can ever conceptualise, imagine and dream of in life. To you He gives, when you receive Him.
