Helpers Of The Needy Are Always Needed

Words Of Knowledge:
God knows that helpers of the needy are always needed, so He keeps them alive.
          Abridged & adopted.

"Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and alms deed which she did
Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him to the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas has made, while she was with them........
....and when he had called the the saints and widows, presented her alive"
        Acts 9:36 - 41

We may have lost Rochas Okorocha to politics. But we are all aware of his philanthropic activities in his pre - political days. I was privileged to be in the premises of Rochas International College, Jos in year 2010. One of his among many other secondary schools, where indigent students are educated free of charge.
The cord I want to strike here is that Rochas narrowly missed and I mean narrowly missed the crashed Bellview plane in year 2005, by whiskers.
Are we saying that those who perished in that aircraft are not philanthropic enough? When I get home, I will ask God. You too can do the same, when you get home.
All I want to say here is that let your life count to God's Kingdom and to others with whatever resources and skills God blessed you with. Be not a hoarder, but be a distributor of His resources.
We have been hearing it over and over again that God blessed us to be a blessing. Keep flowing to others and the flow will never cease, and you will keep flowing.
But you need to start somewhere. And that somewhere is where you allow God's grace to flow into your heart first.
That grace of God that has appeared to all men, charging them to deny all ungodliness and lusts.
You've got to open the door of your heart to Jesus today, The Custodian of that grace, Who has has all these years been knocking, and let Him in.
